SSO is short for the term Single Sign On. If you are receiving an SSO error it means the company you work for has an SSO that transfers user information from their system to Tortal's system.
When a user account is created it can take up to 48 hours for that user information to make it's way into Tortal's Learning Management System. If you try logging in before this information has been transferred, then you'll receive a SSO error. You can see an image on this error message below.
You could also be receiving this error message because your account has been disabled.
To resolve a SSO error message, please contact the administrator of your Learning Management System.
