This articles explains how to add an external course history for one or multiple learners.
Click the down arrow to expand the admin menu.
Select "More Admin Actions" from the very bottom of the expanded admin menu.
Select "Users" from the menu on the left.
Select "Create External Course History for a user" from the users page. Click the next button.
Select the learner(s) you would like to create the external course history for. Move the users names from the left box to the right box. Click the next button when ready.
Enter the name of the course you want to add into the system. Click the next button.
Enter a date for the course completion date. Click the finish button when ready. You're done.
