This article will teach you how to view, edit and delete group enrollments.
Please note: This feature is only accessibly by LMS administrators.

HOW TO MANAGE GROUP ENROLLMENTS
Click "More Group Actions" from the admin menu within the main navigation bar of your LMS.
Select "View/Modify group enrollments", then click the next button.
Select the group(s) you would like to manage group enrollments for by moving the group(s) from the left box to the right box.
IMPORTANT: You can move over more than one group.
You will now see the main area where you can manage the group enrollments.
MANAGE GROUP ENROLLMENTS PAGE
The top of the manage group enrollments page includes icons and definitions for those icons that are relevant to this page. Make sure to review this important area, pictured in blue below.
Below the blue box (pictured above) you will see a list of the groups you selected to manage and the additional details for the enrollments.
Here is the information we know from viewing the image below:
- Group A has two active group enrollments
- These two enrollments were created by user "LMSAdministrator" on 5/23/19
- Course "Food Handler Training Program is a recurring enrollment, which is set up to reoccur six more times. Then the group enrollment will no longer renew.
- Course "Spring Training 2019" is a non-reoccurring enrollment. The original due date (when the enrollment was created) for existing group members is/was August 1, 2019. Anyone added to the group will receive a due date of 90 days from join date.

***IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you choose to Edit any Scheduled Group Enrollments - the following will occur:
- ALL CURRENT ENROLLMENTS WILL BE REVOKED for that Group Enrollment,
- ALL SCHEDULED ENROLLMENTS WILL BE REMOVED.
To Edit a Group Enrollment, you must plan to Remove then Reenroll the Users of that Group.
MOVING FORWARD
Edit and delete enrollments as needed, then click the next, continue and/or finish button when necessary.
