What happens if I exceed 25 users?
Once you exceed 25 users you will be upgraded to a paid account ($2 per user a month) and will have access to OTB pre-designed courses, LMS customizations, Tortal LMS Support, E-commerce, and more.

Do I have to give my credit card information to set up my Free LMS?
No, you can get started with your free LMS no credit card information required.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Are there any setup fees?
No, there are no mandatory set up fees involved. You will gain access to Tortal’s extensive Knowledge Base and just-in-time support tutorials. When you’re ready to upgrade and receive all the benefits of Tortal’s full LMS experience, we suggest working with Tortal’s Learning Strategy team to take your LMS to the next level. Is there Set up Support?
Just-in-time support tutorials are available for everything you need to get going. In addition, you will have access to Tortal’s extensive Knowledge Base, making it easy to find the answers you need.

Do I get access to Tortal Developed Courses?
Yes. Your LMS will be set up with 60+ free “Out of the Box” micro learning courses to get you started. In addition, more Out of the Box Professional courseware is available for a fee and includes courses on: Franchising, Food Quality & Safety, Professional and Personal Development. Please contact your account manager for additional information.

What Happens If I do not use my LMS?
If your free LMS is left inactive for over 6 months it will be deactivated.
