First Time Users Welcome Video

This is the default Welcome Video presented to our Users as they login to the LMS for the first time. 

The default welcome video contains a brief overview of the LMS for new users.  The video covers how to obtain troubleshooting hints and other tips to get familiar with the LMS.  The welcome video will be presented only one time upon a learner’s first login to the LMS.

The welcome video may be changed for another custom video to fit your training needs.  To do so, please send in a support request to support@tortal.net.  In addition, if needed, the video may be turned off for all learners in your LMS.
