If a User just cant seem to find their verification email, then there are simple solutions to getting them rolling again. The troubleshooting Process below covers the most common issues new Users report.
New Users who are loggin in for the first time generally must have to Verify their account email address , through an email sent there on account creation.
If they do not do this before logging in for the first time they will be presented with an error message and the option to resend their verification email.
Should they still not be able to find it, the workaround steps are below.
How to Manually Verify a New User Account
- Navigate to the Edit a User Wizard.
- Select your User Account to verify , then click Next
- If not you will see a yellow alert with a Checkbox for manual verification.
Fill this in and Finish the Wizard to save changes
If the Account has already been Verified, you will see a Green Status Alert as below,
Once complete your User can now login to the account Using their Username and initial Password.
