1. UserSync Users Import Templates
Required Fields
- LastName
- FirstName
- Username
- Identifier
- isActive
Unique Fields (Primary Keys)
- Username
- Identifier
2. UserSync Groups Import Upload Template
Groups may be created in large batches using the Groups Bulk Upload Template, the fields are outlined below. Do not change the Column Headers!
***Important fields on the Bulk Groups Upload Template

| EmpIdentifier |
This field connects the Users Template to the Groups Template. It is used to uniquely identify entries on the Users Upload Template with entries on the Groups Bulk Upload Template. Is not used in the LMS, but must match the Groups you wish your User to be a part of on the Groups Bulk Upload Template |
| GroupName |
The name of the Group you wish to Create. If the group exists currently, it will not create a duplicate. Groups Names which do not already exist will be created as new Groups. |
| GroupAdmin |
Determines if the User will be registered as a Group Admin for that group (integer) 1 = Yes Blank / 0 = No |
Groups Must have at least 1 User assigned to them to be created.
Empty Groups will not be created. This user does not have to be Active.
3. Submitting your completed Templates
Once completed, submit upload your completed templates by attaching them to your Support Ticket, or opening a new Support Ticket here: support@tortal.net
Your Support team will review your submission for accuracy and respond with any changes that need to be made. If your Templates have been filled out accurately, they will upload them and respond when finished.

The data entered in each of these columns will appear EXACTLY as entered into the Template. Ensure all information is entered correctly before submitting. Tortal is not responsible for the data entered into these Templates.
