A: YES! Our support Tema is still available for assistance and will followup with your requests in our current first-come-first-served process. The KnowledgeChampion speeds up our first response times by providing requesters with near-immediate relevant troubleshooting information.
What if my answers are not in the list of resources provided by Knowlege Champion?
A: If, after exploring the supplied resources you find you still have questions, you can add additional details to your request by simply replying to your ticket. Agents can see the resources youve accessed, and any additional information, and form a more complete understanding of how to help you.
Does using Knowledge Champion cost my team money?
A: NO! This is a service of our ticketing platform provider and enabled at no cost to you.
Can I turn off the KnowledgeChampion service?
A: No. The KnowledgeChampion service is enabled by settings outside of LMS Administrator control.
