Tortal User Accounts may be set to either "Active/Enabled" or "Inactive/Disabled"
Use his Tool to set Account Status manually.

1. Click on Admin

2. Click on Enable/Disable a User

3. Lookup your Accounts by Name : Click on Search

Search by keywords: First name, Last name, Email, and Username.

4. Accounts will populate in the left panel.

Sorting is Alphabetical.

5. Select "disabled" to view all Users who are Disabled.

These Users will become "Active/Enabled"

6. Click to highlight and select accounts from list

Bulk Select - Hold Shift + Click

Multiple Select - Hold Ctrl+Click.

7. Use the Arrows to move Selected accounts between columns.

8. Selections will be set in the Right Panel

9. Click Finish to save changes.

10. Click on done
